Where an immigrant from Uganda was denied asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention against Terror, the immigration judge’s adverse credibility finding, based on discrepancies and lack of corroboration, went to the heart of the immigrant’s claim of persecution, and the petition for relief is denied. Petition denied.
