Where a defendant pleaded not guilty and generally denied participating in crack-cocaine crimes, the admission at trial of evidence that the defendant was investigated four years later in the same area for similar drug transactions was not an abuse of discretion because the District Court instructed the jury that the evidence could be used only to establish the defendant’s intent, knowledge or lack of mistake. Judgment is affirmed.
