APPEAL – Waiver; Plea Agreement

Where a defendant in child-pornography production case appealed his sentence arguing that the government failed to keep its promise to recommend a specific sentence, the defendant waived his right to appeal in his plea agreement, and his argument that the government did not keep its promise was without merit.
