Where claimant, the assistant manager of a retail store, called the district manager on Friday afternoon to report that earlier that day, the store manager had slapped her in the face six or seven times with a letter-size envelope full of paper; the district manager spoke by phone with the assistant manager again on Monday and told her that he would set up a meeting to address her complaint; and claimant quit on Monday afternoon, before learning that a meeting had been set up for Tuesday; we conclude that the ULJ did not err in determining that claimant quit without good reason caused by her employer because claimant did not give her employer a reasonable opportunity to correct the adverse working conditions and did not advise her employer that she was afraid to work alone with the manager before the meeting occurred.
Affirmed.
