Where defendant knocked on his neighbors’ door and refused to leave when asked to do so; defendant grabbed one of the neighbors as the neighbor was attempting to close the door, brandished a large kitchen knife and used the knife to attack the door; defendant threatened to kill the neighbors and slammed and kicked the door, causing the handle and lock to break; and the neighbors felt threatened; we conclude that the record contains sufficient evidence of intent to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death, for conviction of second-degree assault.
Affirmed.
